Return and Refund Policy for ALP Creations
At ALP Creations, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade beaded products and glasses with love and care. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or personalized items.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
3. Return Process:
• Contact us at alpcreations@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
• Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
4. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
1. Approved Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
2. Partial Refunds:
• If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Costs:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at alpcreations@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
