Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions: 1. Eligibility: • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact. 2. Non-Returnable Items: • Customized or personalized items. • Sale or clearance items. • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations. 3. Return Process: • Contact us at alpcreations@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. • Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos (if applicable). • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. 4. Return Shipping: • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. 1. Approved Refunds: • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. 2. Exchanges
